A man with Down syndrome whose mother went public to help him find someone to have sex with rejected all of the offers he received.

Lucy Baxter went public in March to look for a partner for her son Otto, 21. Baxter said Otto wanted to have sex, but tended to have trouble finding a girl like the rest of his friends. He dated one girl who just wanted to be friends and when he tried meeting girls who also had Down syndrome, but found that their caregivers often restricted them.

Baxter said she was even willing to pay for a prostitute.

Despite many offers to have sex since then — including one from a sex worker who specializes in people with disabilities — Baxter says Otto has decided to wait for a real relationship, reports the (London) Telegraph. To read more click here.

It appears that Otto has more good sense than his mother. Way to go Otto; try to make marriage with the right girl the real relationship you seek.
