Many people with disability can't compete in private industry without more and more current education that other applicants. The state voc rehab agencies are not skilled or doing a good job is a complaint i hear often. They benefit when they have less clients and now with more budget cuts the discrimination, delays, denials grows. Since no lawyers in entire USA , that i can find, do ADA/504 in Voc. Rehab Services, expect this trend to continue.
