And especially thru Our U.S. Congress,- whom continue to funnel $Billions of legislated $Funds to State so-called VOC-REHAB Agencies, like the one in Ohio,-- the Ohio RSC / BVR,- that manipulate, mis-direct, over-control, and mis-use the $monies! Imagine a whopping 6% so-called Successful Outcome Rate!? Often, these State Voc-Rehabs, do Not allow a Real IPE(Individual Plan for Employment) to be presented by the CLIENT. The Policy is usually- "Don't Rock the Boat"! - And:- "NO CHOICE" by the Client!? After all, the over-paid(great benefits)- Administators / Counselors know Best, on how to spend the legislated Funds, that were inteneded for the DISABLED CLIENTS!? da!? - NO, not a Real 'CHOICE' or for the proper--fitted-needs of the CLIENT, whom the controllers consider ignorant Disabled's. - CONGRESS needs to investigate, and stop listening to the fox's whom run/manipulate the State' so-called VOC-$Rehab-House'S!!
