But no real offers of help or guidence to find what you need or any information to find what you need to help. I've offered to pay for the assistive technology I want at work, and have been told no. So it can't be the cost of it. I offered to pay for it myself, no other reasons were given. And I work for the state of Oregon, and hve been there for 20 years. I've asked the govenors officer of affermitive actions. There I was told, there office wasn't larg enough to help in a case like mine, the govenors office is to small to help a state employee? Wow, I really have to wonder what it is they get paid to do. I've spoken to my state senator, she said she cacn't help me. I e-mail all kinds of places, no help for me. I've no idea where to look at current, but I still keep serching for the help I need, for me and my grandchild who I care for who's also A.D.D. and has defient issues to boot. Any sugestions? I don't have an iPhone or iPod Touch, but many of the apps I've heard about lately have definitely increased the likelihood of me getting one in the future. I am past the point of needing IEPs, as I have already graduated from college, but I'm sure this app will come in quite handy for many other parents and students. Awesome!
