		<description>It&#039;s funny how that works; they&#039;ll take a child out of a home before they have a good reason to do so, and yet they&#039;ll leave a child in a home when they have every reason in the world to get them out.  I have seen this with my own eyes.

I don&#039;t blame that couple one bit if they file a suit against the state; I hope they win it too!!!</description>

		<description>It&#039;s extremely sad that even today, incidents like this happen to people who are quite capable of raising their children, holding jobs and who are active participants in their communities. As part of an inter-ability marriage hoping to adopt, we, too have been questioned about our ability to raise a child. It would seem that instead of telling a couple they cannot take care of a child, we could instead help foster a sense of community, support, and creative solutions.

		<description>I would fully support this couple if they filed a lawsuit.  Missouri officials need to get the message that being impaired in some way does not automatically render someone incapable of caring for a child.</description>
