Gov. Sarah Palin talks constantly about her support for special needs children as she campaigns for vice president. But, during a stop in Colorado this week, Palin said she would oppose an amendment in that state that would raise the sales tax in order to reduce a 12,000 person waiting list for services for people with developmental disabilities, reports the Denver NBC affiliate.
