In her first policy speech as a vice presidential candidate, Gov. Sarah Palin outlined her ticket’s proposals to help people with disabilities. Specifically, Palin said a McCain administration would be committed to fully funding the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act and would support giving parents the choice of whether tax dollars should go toward educating their child in a public or private school.
