Fallout Continues Over Poor Conditions At Tex., Ala. Institutions

Meanwhile, the fallout continues in Texas from a U.S. Department of Justice letter last week threatening to sue the state over conditions in its institutions (see story here). Advocates are asking that admissions to the facilities be halted.
