The mother of a child with cerebral palsy says she had to hold her daughter in place through an entire airplane flight because the flight crew would not allow the girl to use a special seat similar to a car seat.

The girl flies regularly within Canada to receive medical treatments and uses the seat to allow her to sit upright. But on a flight earlier this month on Air Canada Jazz, the head steward said the seat was not in compliance with airline’s policy.

Nonetheless, the flight crew on the girl’s connecting flight had no problem with the seat, reports CBC News. To read more click here.
