One of the voices behind the new film “Cars 2” will offer kids with autism a preview of the Disney-Pixar movie weeks before it opens to the public.

John Ratzenberger, who does the voice for the character Mack, is working with the advocacy group Autism Speaks to host a preview screening of “Cars 2” in 3D this Saturday in New York City.

The screening will be autism friendly, meaning that the volume will be lower than usual and the lights will be turned up, Ratzenberger said in a blog post for Autism Speaks. There will also be a quiet room available for anyone who needs a break.
