In an effort to learn more about cerebral palsy, autism, learning disabilities and a host of other conditions, the government is a launching a study which will track 100,000 children from birth through age 21. Researchers will monitor the health of participants and look carefully at their environments to learn about the impact of childhood factors on development later in life, Reuters reports.
