Legislation signed last month makes it easier for workers with disabilities to fight discrimination in the workplace. But a number of recent studies indicate that your chances of winning such cases are slim nonetheless.

Research shows that people who file job discrimination suits are far less likely to win compared to plaintiffs in other types of civil cases. Plus, they tend to get less face time with judges.

Plaintiffs in job discrimination cases were victorious just 15 percent of the time versus 51 percent for other types of civil suits, reports the Wall Street Journal. To read more click here.
